The film starred Boris Karloff in puppet form, announcing his retirement from the monster community... and naming a successor to his horrific empire. He calls upon monsters from around the world to attend a party at his castle and to meet his successor. The film features songs by a skeleton band, a headbanging Mummy, and lots of great monster cameos.
